Welcome to Renthub (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before submitting any property or using Renthub services.

1. About Renthub

Renthub is a short-term rental management service that assists property owners (“Owners”) in renting out their properties to guests (“Guests”). We provide management, marketing, communication, cleaning, and operational operational services to ensure a smooth rental experience.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your property, creating an account, or using any Renthub services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal right to rent or manage the property listed.
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Our Services

Renthub may provide, depending on the chosen collaboration type:

Full property management and guest hosting
Listing creation and marketing on platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Pricing optimization and revenue management
Guest communication and support
Professional cleaning and maintenance coordination
Check-in and check-out management

The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate management agreement or communication between Renthub and the Owner.

4. Property Listings

Property owners are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their property, including but not limited to:

Address and property details
Photos and descriptions
Amenities and policies

Renthub reserves the right to edit or improve property listings for clarity, accuracy, and marketing performance.

5. Fees and Payments

Renthub’s management fees, commissions, or fixed lease terms are agreed upon in writing with each property owner.
Unless stated otherwise, all payments are made in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Late payments or unreported income may result in the suspension of services.

6. Owner Obligations

Owners agree to:

Ensure their property complies with all local laws, licenses, and safety regulations.
Maintain the property in safe and habitable condition.
Notify Renthub of any major repairs or maintenance issues.
Not interfere with guest bookings once Renthub has accepted a reservation.

7. Guest Conduct

Renthub expects all guests to respect the property, neighbors, and community.
Any damage, illegal activity, or policy violations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the hosting platform’s policies.

8. Liability

Renthub acts as a management intermediary and does not own or operate any property.
While we take every measure to ensure the accuracy of listings and the quality of service, Renthub is not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Acts or omissions of property owners or guests
Interruptions in third-party services (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, payment processors)

Our liability is limited to the amount of management fees paid to Renthub in the past 12 months.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the agreement with the Owner and the booking platform’s policy (e.g., Airbnb or Booking.com).
Renthub will always act in accordance with the policy selected for each listing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate cooperation by providing written notice, as per the terms of the management agreement.
Renthub reserves the right to suspend or terminate listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or damage Renthub’s reputation.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We care about your privacy.
Renthub collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR).
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and protect your data.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Renthub website (including logos, text, graphics, and layouts) is owned by or licensed to Renthub.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

Renthub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Renthub services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
